Happy Election Day!

Sporting our voting stickers! We had a homeschool park meetup today as well!

Happy Election Day! Did you vote today? We were out bright and early, allowing our voices to be heard! It was also a great time to teach the kids about the electoral process. Every election is important, but I feel that this particular election is even more crucial! There are so many things at stake, that we take for granted.
On the top of that list is, school choice! We are blessed to live in a country that allows us the freedom to choose how we educate our children, but it could easily be taken away! We can't continue to side with a particular political party simply because it is the party that our family has identified with for generations. We must examine the candidates' values, positions, and their plans for our future, and make an intelligent decision.

Above all else, we have to pray! Pray that the chosen candidate, will lead with wisdom and civic virtues. No matter what the outcome, I know that God sits on the throne! Rest in your choice, and rest in America's choice! It's all in the hands of the one who will reign supreme, forever (no popular vote needed)! His children have nothing to fear! ❤

~ Be a good citizen. All governments are under God. Insofar as there is peace and order, it’s God’s order. So live responsibly as a citizen. If you’re irresponsible to the state, then you’re irresponsible with God, and God will hold you responsible. Duly constituted authorities are only a threat if you’re trying to get by with something. Decent citizens should have nothing to fear. (Romans 13:1-3 MSG)
